I was in the store the last week, and had a problem with a table saw, and a pressure washer I brought. I explained the issue, and the girl at the counter was rude & could not work the computer system. I asked to speak with a Manager which she got right away. A manager named John came up, and I explained the issue. He was one of the most disrespectful managers I even met. Second appliance in six months from Lowe's. Both times delivery was messed up. Promised my dryer to deliver today by noon. At 12:30 I call. Still on the phone and they will not deliver today. Someone in the store that it was supposed to deliver it from changed it to another store and didn't move the delivery. So... Had I not called I would have never been contacted and my dryer would not have delivered. GO TO HOME DEPOT!! Dryer is priced at $624.60 there and Lowe's is $698! If I had not just spent 1.5 hrs shopping for a project with about 40 or so pieces including 10 ft long stuff, I would have put it all back and tried elsewhere once I saw that self checkout was my only option. People running everywhere but nobody checking people out. This is bad. On the flip side the guy in electrical was top notch and I found all the parts I was looking for. I suggest that you either man a register or redesign your self checkout. Thank you. PS. I huffed it down to commercial and got helped as well.
