Close to home but not much help most of the time We just purchased a 101 year old home. As you can imagine it needs some work. We have run to this Lowes sometimes daily for the last 2 months. I have found the cashiers to be really friendly. The staff on the floor are sometimes hard to find. When you do find them they do not always know where items are. With a 1 year old and a 3 year old in tow this can be very frustrating. PROS: Location CONS: Staff is not very knowledgable.
Just simply don’t shop here. Rude employees
My husband and I came on 7/1/20. We was waited on my Doug Shirley. I think Doug was direct and honest. He gave us his honest opinion. With picking out our riding lawnmower and our smoker. We where checked out by Hector. But Hector failed to communicate with the cashier. Our order was to be delivered. And that was a different process. NOW! You never can get waited on
Do not ever go to this store, ever. Worst customer service, well actually it does not exist here. Been trying to get a $1,100 gas grill since Tuesday. Finally get it today and it’s damaged, wires broken, several scratches. Don’t even think about getting anyone on the phone to talk to about it. Just don’t ever go to this store to start with!
Do not use Online store pickup. Tried it twice with similar results. I ordered 3 items and got the "it's ready email" only for the employees to tell me they "lost it." After 50 minutes they still couldn't find the bag and didnt have enough sense to remake the bag. Poor customer service. I was hung up on twice trying to get a manager on the phone. The management obviously doesnt have any idea how to run this store. I imagine Glenn from the show "superstore" would do a better job. At least he cares.
They do not care about customer service. No one returns emails, or phone calls. I have called three times in the past week to speak with a manager about and issue and every time I wait so long that I hang up.
Answering the phone during business hours should be a priority. Placing people on hold and not coming back is bad business. I would rather pay extra to a smaller store and get service. Beyond angry that Lowe’s will take my money when I buy something but cannot be bothered to answer the phone when I need help with the same product. Good bye, Loews.
I was able to get all my project needs in one stop at a great price. the cashier even wished me good luck on my project! alway friendly and helpful.
