Several employees avoided even making eye contact so I could ask questions about what I wanted to purchase. Had to interrupt 3 employees to ask a question and they only half listened to my request and sent me to the wrong isle. Spent another 7 minutes looking for someone to ask and gave up on my large purchase and just got a roll of tape. Only one checkout was open with customers backed well into the isle. Ms Suzi who finally checked me out was very pleasant, but the rest of the store needs some customer service training.
Lowes will never get my business again! Service is poor and communication with their customers is non existent. I hate I ever purchased one thing from them! Never again and I suggest no one else does business with them either. Sometimes it’s too late to say “sorry”!
I just wanted to ty for firing my husband from the Lowe's "family" after he got the licence plate number of a shoplifter. Something he had done in the past and was never told he shouldn't. Expect to hear from our lawyer soon for wrongful termination.
Have worked with them several times with two different non-profit organizations. They are always very helpful and have been wonderful about donating supplies to help with our cause! Have always had excellent customer service. So grateful to have such a great team in our area.
Lowes is the worst place to do business with I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them I would shop Home Depot for all my home improvement needs. I submitted a rebate 2 times and I'm told that they don't have it and now its to late to do anything and the store managers are not help I think they hire complete dumb asses because no one ever knows whats going on there.
