Went to Lowes on Springdale rd in Rock Hill Sc to get a couple of items and they have 2 isles blocked this is ridiculous you can’t even shop for items you need this needs to be done after hours sorry store management.

My husband purchased some lumber for our upcoming project. When he checked out the cashier informed him they didn’t have anyone to help him load it. The cashier stated we had 3 people quit and an manager is moving. Well that is not our fought and my husband had to load all this lumber himself. We always go to Lowe’s for all our home improvement stuff. But we may have to rethink going back to Lowe’s.
If I could them a zero, I would!!! I decided to give Lowes another chance after avoiding them for 2 years. I use the service where I order online then go by and pick it up when it's ready. Well, guess what? They emailed me and it wasn't ready!!! Very inconvenient, took 2 trips and nearly an hour just to pick up the order. They really, really need to fire the manager in charge of this service. It cannot be that hard. Everyone else does it beautifully! Going back to Home Depot!!!
Worst customer service ever!! Purchased a Troy bilt weed eater from them and it will not crank now. So we took it to our most local store at 8:45 am. This store is 45 minutes from us. They wouldn’t help us. 3 hours later we are headed home to take it to someone to tell us what is wrong with it before we can figure out what to do. I would recommend horn depot for any outdoor equipment!!
