Bought a brand new refrigerator that came with LED lights on the front. It is two years old and the lights have completely burnt out and the sound for the buttons no longer works. I called to ask about this because it even states in the manual for the appliance "long lasting LEDs" and when asked about the fridge features prior to purchasing we were told that those rarely ever need replaced. Lowe's is always a place where I can go and find exactly what I am looking for. I always refer people to Lowe's when asked where they can find things related to home improvement. I love Lowe's!
Just wanted to give a huge thanks to the guys in the lumber department. (Andrew and his colleague) They we're incredibly helpful with loading the 24 sheets of plywood that I needed and assisting in tying down the product. Thanks to the level of attention and detail paid to loading the product I made it home with out a hitch!
Worst customer service ever. I placed a phone order for a washer and dryer. It gets scheduled for delivery from a store not even remotely close to me and nothing is being done to resolve the issue and deliver my appliances. This is not the first time either. When I've had building projects. I order online and an email is generated telling me my order is ready for pick up. When I arrive at the store. The order is not ready and I've had to wait hours while they find an associate to fill my order. Lowes just doesn't care about ... read more
The customer service was absolutely awful as were the employee attitudes.. I won't be back.
