2-3 months ago, we brought in my husband's DD214 from the military to get into the system for Veterans discount; as we were not able to sign up online. Today, the "SYSTEM" couldn't find him and he showed his VA card to get the discount and was referred to Customer Service for help. Well, she was unable to get him back into the system, and would try again later or tomorrow AM as the system was 'acting up". You couldn't call for some type of help? Went in for a fridge, excellent customer service, we were in and out with the fridge loaded in the truck in 1/2 hour.
Disappointed in the customer service at this location. Came to look at appliances for over an hour today & was not offered assistance by anyone in the department. I hope it gets better!
Just stood in flooring trying to get someone to answer the call button for 30 minutes. Dude walks over cuts call button off, looks at us and walks away. Really???
Yesterday I made a purchase and was double charged for that purchase. I called the store direct and spoke to customer service who told me I would have to return to the store if I want to get MY money back. I told him I have the transaction number and didn't think I should have to waste my time and money to get MY money back. He was SO completely condescending and rude when explaining to me they would require a signature in order to issue a refund of money that wasn't theirs in the first place. Today, we bought 13 boxes of flooring. The sales price was $1.99 per square foot. When we went to the counter, they argued with us about the price and the manager, Angela, tried to not honor the sale. She was incredibly rude and was also very wrong in her math. Eventually, they did honor the sale but were not professional. On a positive note, Nick and Peter were awesome and helpful!
