I say thank you LOWES, and mostly the employees at the return / online pickup counter, they are amazing and have the best attitudes with customers, and are fast, and super courteous,, at that PICO store,,
Worst store ever, service is just shitty, just useless.
I went in looking for a product and couldn't find any help. then finally when I did the lady spent less than 2 minutes assisting me. I left the store and went to the competition and they went beyond helping me by explaining how to fix the item and showed me with the piece I brought in the store to ensure I purchased all that I needed. won't be back to this store.
