we are totally dissatisfied. We ordered carpet in February and have now returned it twice for the same problem. The unfortunate part was after waiting an additional two weeks I believe they sent the same defective roll. There install department has not returned any calls and we are now dealing with corporate. We are done with Lowes.
You have the worst customer service if that's what you want to call it! You guys shouldn't even be a store. Why answer the phone if you guys aren't even going to make yourselves available to answer a question? Why ask what department I want to be transferred to if you aren't going to transfer me? You all are horrible! Don't offer phone service if you don't have phone service!
I started out talking to Nicole about lights in my front yard. She copies 3 keys but 1 didn't work. At 5:00pm I got 1 of the keys that didn't work recut. On sat I had to come back because that 3rd key wouldn't open my door. A Mexican guy named George was keying someone's keys. A white guy walked up and started asking him questions I was 2nd. Dear Lowes, Just want to express my complete disaffection with your store, employees, and service. A customer in just about every isle but no employees to be seen or even to answer to customer service calls. Waited 10 mins, no one ever showed up. And when I finally spotted an employee I get an extremely annoyed and bothered look as I asked for assistance. Finally found what I was looking for on my own (I hope).
