Fermin, in doors and windows, was all alone there today. All I needed was a sheet of Plexiglas to be cut. I waited for him to finish with his client. Then I waited for him to answer a phone call. Then I waited for him to answer another person's question....
The store is great. Staff is impeccable. I lost my wallst and they even Facebook messenger to try and reach me to collect it. Super guys and gals. Keep up the great work.
The website is horrible, search function does not work at all. Home Depot website much better. The store is like 50,000 sq ft and they have one cashier open. Terrible.

It's been such a hassle trying to buy a dishwasher from this store. There's NO communication between departments and we've visited the property twice with employees having NO idea how to help us. It's like they don't want our $.
My visit to Lowe's was for specific items that I had purchased from the store before as well as items that I needed (i.e. smoke & CO alarms) that traditionally are purchased every few years. The smoke and CO alarms I needed to research so I spent quite a bit of time selecting those items. In all my shopping took about 1 hour.
