Horrible customer service. They never answer the phone, my delivery even delayed twice & when you call them out for it they get Nasty! I can see why people rather do Amazon or Best Buy. Fuck this location!
This was the worst customer experience I have ever received, I waited for almost an hour for a forklift driver, on a Saturday I would expect at least one forklift driver. The person that told me there where no forklift drivers ended up driving the forklift himself... why Lowe’s?
whenever I was looking around in a daze, someone was there to ask me if I needed help. Certainly the most helpful Lowe’s I’ve been too!
While shopping for gardening supplies and needing help to lift a large bag of potting mix, I asked the cashier if someone was available to assist, and was told to go to the back of the store and look for someone to help me. Luckily, a customer who was standing nearby readily put the bag onto my cart. As I was about to check out at another register, I requested to speak with a manager. I love, love this place. We moved into an older home that needed a lot of work.....NO matter what time of the day, we always had the BEST customer service. I am SUCH A HUGE fan of this place! Today was no exception. Thank you Cynthia Torres in window treatments for being so helpful and patient and thank you Hazel, the Manager who was very receptive of the compliments. LOVE
Better Built has gone down hill. There boxes are very cheap now. Husky tool box from Home Depot are way better. When I post on there page they keep deleting it because they don't want people to know the truth that Lowes is the worst store ever Home Depot is way better
I like the store sometimes the customer service is lacking because this particular store is under staffed and over worked. But all and all the store is always clean. I enjoy shopping at this Lowes. They are always fully stocked with the items that I need.
