I just called the gardening dept to find out when patio furniture and outdoor cushions are going on sale. The guy started guessing, maybe October! 🤔. I told him most stores start in late July early August. His response was “I don’t know”! Maybe go get a definitive answer instead of guessing. Customer Service is lacking these days.

I ordered an item for curbside pickup. When I drove to the store to pick up the item, all of the parking spots for curbside pickup had orange cones in them and there were no employees outside to move the cones and allow you to park. I called the store three times to ask why there was no one working curbside and no one ever answered. I had to go inside the store to pickup my item, which defeats the purpose of my choice to do curbside pickup. In-store pickup and curbside pickup are not the same thing.
Never had a bad experience until now! These guys don’t give a crap about you or product they sell you with missing parts. Been on the phone for 5 hours and fed up, this store sucks! I’ll never shop at Lowe’s because of this incompetent store!
They moved delivery of our order without letting us know. We are without a refrigerator for a week now and they moved delivery to next week! No one is answering phone calls and customer care e-mails !
Horrible service never have cashiers available to help this place is garbage
