The employees aren't very helpful or knowledgeable, there are usually very long lines and they aren't very speedy. I still go there because it's close to my house,but I do not prefer it. :-(
I brought a refrigerator November 2015 and I have had nothing but issues with this refrigerator every month Faithfully they refused to replace it saying it doesn't qualify on the number of repairs yet it freezes my food it freezes my eggs I put olive oil in the refrigerator on the door and it froze it
We had a 4 yr old refrigerator die yesterday. A repairman came out and informed us it wasn't worth the cost of repair. In a panic we started shopping last night. We are hosting a large party at our home tonight and catering a wedding tomorrow. Needless to say we NEEDED THAT FRIDGE ASAP. WE went to 4 stores and were treated with either high pressure sales or rude salesmen. No one could do next day delivery. Lowe's came through.
