Worst customer service ever! I ordered my grill online. Waited in line to pick it up. Lady brings it assembled. Told her I have no room in my car. Only one available. Told her to remove the side racks so I can fit it. I waited 20 minutes to unscrew 4 screws. Told them I don't want it anymore. They made me wait in line again to rerun. Will never use them. Back to Home Depot
terrible lady that works at self check out. treated me with disrespect
Citrus Heights Lowes customers service has much to be desired. They are less then helpful and the rudest employees I've ever seen. We were there for 2 hours
Lack of customer service piss poor customer service
I delivered a depot load it took nearly 4 hours to unload. Not a happy camper
Horrible service. I love the store, it has amazing products but honestly a good 90% of the staff are completely terrible from a customer service perspective. They lack product knowledge and a happy attitude.
Lowe's, show the bees some love and stop selling bee-killing pesticides ;-)
