Their service is horrible. Staff walking all over the place but not many willing to help. Asked for help in plumbing, waited 5-10 minutes, never came. But other staff walked by but not willing to help. Checkstand staff seem to be helpful.
I go buy 200 bucks worth of stuff, get 40 bucks cash back. Later find out they gave me fake money back. I call customer service and tell me there is nothing they can do take it to the bank and hang up on me. Then they stop answering my phone calls. Worst experience of my life, what's the point of giving military discounts if your just gonna steal 40 bucks to me.
Worst customer service ever 🤦🏻♀️ I waited at least 45 minutes while they looked for my order I placed back in May. Still haven't received it. Lowes is a complete nightmare everytime.
