I’m very disappointed. I can’t believe the way my mother has been treated.
Alright here it goes. So I decided use Lowe’s because they seemed to have been the better of the two big box stores. I ordered a $1,700 refrigerator from one of the in store appliance sales associates, everything seemed ok during the process, other than lack of eye contact and general decent back and forth conversation. At this moment in time. They are not sanitizing their carts nor do they enforce masks. 🤷♀️🤷♀️ Plus.... the lines are ridiculous
I recommend nobody shop here horrible customer service with all these companies closing left and right this store with horrible customer service that can’t answer any questions about your ordered product still keeps going this is the Walmart equivalent hardware store horrible horrible service. I’m guessing because they hire a lot of kids and pay chump change for wages. I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!! They don't enforce masks in the garden center, which is the only area I wanted to visit. I won't shop anywhere that won't ensure the safety of others.
This store never answers the phone! I have called and called and called - no answer! Or they answer the phone and set it down but do not talk to you. I could hear people talking, heard things being moved by fork lifts, etc - but no person will talk on the phone. We got a call that our fridge would be delivered yesterday - waited all day and no one showed up. Then to find out it is scheduled for today. Will never be coming back! Assistant manager Jon patronizes on females and has a anger problem! This location does not demonstrate what Lowe's promises and being part of the founding partners of the Black Information Network and offering safe environment, respect, and treating everyone fairly was a total BUST! Incompetent ! I ordered a freezer online. It was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday this week. I got a delivery confirmation for a 4 hour window for delivery. It was supposed to be delivered by 7pm. At 8:30 pm I called the delivery company who told me the freezer was never put on the truck and they never received the paperwork. delivery personnel do whatever they want and management does nothing about it. I bought a dryer and the delivery personnel refused to uncrate the appliance and said they didn't have room to take the old dryer. I have been over to lowes twice to complain and they set up a pick up the following day and don't show up and when I went back the second time to lowes the delivery personnel wrote down on the work order they picked up the dryer. now it's day 3 and they are scheduled today to pick it up so we will see what happens.
