Item listed as in stock can only be ordered online. Waited in the “customer service” line for 30 minutes and the guy who helped us didn’t even have an ink pen and didn’t understand how to do craftsman replace policy. Ridiculous line time for “customer service”. Going back to the Depot!
Do not go if you’re looking to remodel your kitchen. We went three times. First 2 times, nobody was working in the department. Third time we went only one person was working and was with other customers for over an hour! We never even got acknowledged by anyone... if only one person is going to be in that department per day, we’ll take our business elsewhere.. 😡
I hate this store so much. I don’t know why I even bother going in. After watching 8 employees pass me (two were in groups, just chatting), somebody offered to page a specialist for help. After another five minutes, still no help. There are so many employees, but none that help.

We went to purchase a new clothes dryer. We had purchased a washer from Sears (Kenmore) last year, the washer is actually an LG, so we wanted a LG dryer to match, so far so good. Next we wanted the raised pedestal for the new dryer and also buy one for the matching washer. The less than helpful moron immediately told me that they would not install the pedestal on the washer because we didn't buy it from Lowes. The staff that "finally" answers the phone is in need of customer service training. I purchased a dryer to have delivered. Yesterday, I called to reschedule the delivery but there's no answer. I finally got a hold of the "operator" who said she would give my name and number to the Delivery dept. I never received a call back. I called today to follow up and again no answer.
