We walked in and waited at the pro counter and watched as three employees tried to help 1 customer. Eventually we were acknowledge and then told there was 3 other customer the 3 employees would have to help. Meanwhile some guy sat at a desk ignoring all customers. Well after 20 minutes the 3 guys came back and two were told to go help on aisle 10 and we were left with an employee who was hired to be a loader. He could not help after waiting all this time.
