We bought a portable AC unit from this location. When we unboxed it, the manual and remote were missing. We’ve tried calling the store and Lowe’s customer service and are either hung up on or left on hold. We bought this to help cool our sons room. In order for us to use it to it’s full potential we need the remote. Very disappointed in Lowe’s.
this covid 19 has left lowes down at least half of staff. they are doing what they can. if you complain do it at the Corp level not the store. we all have to be patient. And thank the for being open.
I would never recommend them because we have issues EVERY TIME. Currently, trying to call to check the status of the BBQ we ordered LAST WEEK. Cannot get ANYONE on the phone in ANY department. now, we have to go in the store to cancel our order and make our purchase at Home Depot. I can't believe I tried to reconsider Lowe's. never ever again thank you for stressing my wife out this mother's day weekend.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the Customer Service I received today at the Citrus Heights store. I was told that 'if I didn't purchase my BBQ grill today and take it with me', I'd be out of luck. I ordered it online and it was promised today. Still no email. Store closes at 10PM. Pointless calling since I go into their endless call tree loop. Called 7 times and got nothing....
Thank you to Terri at the self check out register and the manager with blue hair. You remedied my anger from yesterday towards lowes and restored my faith. I hope steps are taken to not be treated the way I was yesterday. If it wasn't for the aesthetic of the product vs. the use I would have gotten it at Homedepot. I'm glad I came back to give you guys a 2nd chance.
Welp I am now 2yrs in and on my 2nd refrigerator and it's defective too. Had over 5 service calls within a 3 month period and still they won't replace it. I do have the manufacturer warranty as well as Lowes Extended Protection. My food loss claims forever get lost or have issues in their office and always need another 14 business days to process then the lies repeat again. I hate Lowe's this has been the worst experience of my life. =(
