Don't use them....expensive, extremely poor work quality, 4 week project turned into 5 1/2 months on a bath remodel. Using sub, sub contractors (Mako Builders) BAD NEWS ALL AROUND.
Customer service - most important thing with any business. Hampton Lowe's lacks it terribly! ! Aside from a few, most employees are rude, inconsiderate, totally unprofessional, and act inconvenienced by your presents!! I'm finally done with this place!!!
Very poor customer service at this Lowes. I needed one shingle to fix a small hole in my shed caused by a falling limb. The had several open packages and refused to sell one. Home Depot will get all of my future business.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ann and Tina at the construction entrance are always welcoming. My only real frustration is being able to load in the Loading Zone. It is regularly filled with non-attended trucks, where people have parked and gone to shop. I haven't been able to use the Loading Zone for three of my last four visits. Please enforce that it is a LOADING ZONE, not a parking zone.
