They lost an online order. We had confirmation email but they don’t have the product. Why does this company keep getting away with such horrible service? Price...🤦♀️😤🤐
I prefer this store over Home Depot any day. Sure there could be some improvements with customer service and employees acting more professional. But I will continue to come back here.
Love to go over there to check out all of the plants in the garden center. Great selection, decent prices and a lot of choices to make.
This store has always had great employees that will go out of there way to help people. Even thou I had a bad experience yesterday with a department manager, which was less then respectful an truthful, I would still recommend this store. One bad apple doesn’t mess up all the other good people.
Store employee followed me throughout the whole store and even to the register. I would not recommend this store to anybody.
Gentleman from another department came to help me when I couldn’t find assistance. He was very nice and helped direct me to the right place. Then the Manager, Bob, was great! He personally helped me find the lawn mower I was looking for. Very much appreciated the assistance and guidance
