Ordered 2 items online. Thought it would be a fast pick up. Took 15 minutes to get a person. Then another 35 minutes waiting for them to pick the order.
Manager and Receiving are a joke 😂 5 am delivery per store and store doesn't open until 6:30 even though they were unloading others at 5 then instructed by mgmt they don't accept delivery before 7. Total miscommunication inside the complete facility. On a positive note the forklift operators where great once they finally got sent
Horrible experience waiting for an hour, never listened, will be seeking a refund for service. Told to pick up material for a job it’s not here after waiting. Employees don’t care and are not helpful, called for a manager one never showed up.
What a joke. Large order with damaged garbage loaded on the cart like I was not going to see it. No assistance in loading and actually had several employees walk by look and turn their faces. On top of that took 30 minutes to get the replacement roofing panel that was damaged with two four inch holes. Holes in a roofing panel, really.
I would like to express how helpful and friendly Jason in the plumbing dept is. I had an aquarium plumbing problem and he thought out of the box to resolve my issue. he is an asset to your store.
I've been trying to call the customer service desk for 20 mins now and I've been hung up on twice, call answered and transferred without even speaking to me, and the phone just kept ringing for 10 mins!! WORST customer service EVER!!!!!!!
Ordered Rock Wool online and needed to return 22 bales of it. Newport News Lowes denied it, said it was fulfilled through Williamsburg and needed to be returned there. I called Hampton and they were able to process the return saving me a trip up to Williamsburg. Definitely will continue to use them, return process was easy.
Nothing. The customer service was great. We were looking to purchase a new washer and dryer. They had to call around the Hampton Roads Lowes to find the correct brand and model we were looking for.
