We are supposed to get a dryer delivered tomorrow and Lowe's stated that they would call today to give us a time frame for delivery. The store is now closed and we still have not received a phone call. Called the store after hours and the guy hung up on us.
9 out 10 times they have what I need everytime I go there.
The guys loading my decking package were somewhat SLOW!! But the cashiers are always very friendly to me. Overall it's Lowes they don't change much from store to store...
I had a Great Time Working at Lowe's Celebrating National Tradesman Day. Employees are Friendly and Welcoming. Felt like a Family that hasn't seen you in a While. I've been waiting since 10 this morning to have my refrigerator delivered. It's now almost 6 hours later. The driver said he came to the house and rang the doorbell but nobody answered. Odd thing is, my house doesn't even have a doorbell. This is from the Hampton VA location. Congrats! You lost another customer
The store in Hampton Virginia have the worst customer service I ever have in my life I shouldn't never have a credit card from there
