Absolute CF - don’t order anything Online for pickup. At first I couldn’t get it the same day. I called to check on it and they couldn’t give me an estimate when it would be ready. I asked if I had come in to buy it would it have been ready right away and she said yes. Then they never called me back with an estimated time of day. Then they emailed me at 8:45 that it was ready and they close at 9. How convenient. I ordered it at 10 or so in the morning. Ordered carpet install date was Oct 6th, installer came with the carpet opened them up two different shades of carpet. Go back to Lowe’s they first tried to blame it on the installer then receiving then finally admitted they didn’t check the rugs. I went in to check in early September and they said the rugs were in and checked. Now I’m waiting on reordered rugs I guess............because no one will actually call me back. My curbside pick up experience has just been the worst and the customer service is no better.
The customer service experience wasn’t the greatest . It is a shame you order your appliances and ask them to have the delivered and the night before they are to be delivered you get a call starting that your items will not be delivered and they don’t know when they will get them in . So The next day I go into the store just to find out my items are still in the warehouse it makes you want to go 🤔 what an Inconvenient that turned out to be people need to be trained and train properly
I had Lowe's complete a floor installation in my home back in Nov 2019. I had returned from a 15 month deployment and this was a treat to myself for the new home that I purchased. It has been a total nightmare, before during and after the installation. The lack of customer service, care, and pure incompetence in the flooring department at the Hampton, VA Lowe's is downright scary and disappointing. It’s official Lowes is the most frustrating store. I placed a online order on Sunday. I want to replace my fence. I paid for delivery. Apparently delivery is only for the concrete not the 21 fence panels that I need to go to the store to pick up. Also they don’t have screws in the store. I have called the store over and over again no one is picking up which eventually I get hung up on. I called the 1 866 number that’s a joke they don’t answer either. Generally, we love this store over its competitors, but not today. I have called about 10 times and it just rings and rings and rings. I know things are crazy, but I find it insane that out of the ten times of continuous ringing, not one person answered. I made a "pick up today" order yesterday and I'm trying to check on it because its still not ready. Its just 1 item!
