I have had the worst customer service experience in my life with LOWE's. After paying over $6000 for white vinyl fencing it was done by an even worst contractor. The fence was put up wrong according to the plans of the original order. After calling to speak to a manager Rich and Jay Corbin I was given the run around for about two months. No communication about what was going on. Every time I called i was placed on hold for over 20 mins then given the run around. i will not be shopping there EVER!
Popped in for poison refill! Found it right away and checked out. Generally have decent experiences at the store. Layout makes it somewhat easy to find what you're looking for.
It seems whenever you ask for help to find something you get 50% of the time associates that don't know o don't want to help you, the other 50% of the time I get the outstanding person that actually helps me out , but it gets tired to have this hit or miss attitude when I am polite i expect to be treated the same way in return
Started a bathroom remodeling with two bathroom ended with one. Not a happy customer will not call them again
This is the worst Lowes in the 757. They have a sign on the door saying service dogs and pet friendly dogs are welcomed but a person that worked there said we had to leave because "this wasn't a training facility." The dog wasn't bothering anything, we were just exposing her to a new environment. This guy obviously didn't like dogs and took out him having a bad day on us. We took our dog to Bass Pro right down the road to a nicer store and nicer people. If it were possible to give it a zero rating I would.
I placed an order online for a shed that was shown as 2 in stock. Spent $850 dollars and then received a phone call 2 hours later that all of their stock was damaged and they couldn't have a shed sent to the Hampton Store or transfer my order to another store. Now they're telling me it could be 10 days to receive a refund. Poor Customer service and terrible refund procedures.
Absolute worse experience ever! Refused to install my washer/dryer unit because it was in a room with reptiles but proceeds to hit on my kids babysitter, sit in front of my house smoking, and stated that it's all "black people" that install and black people are afraid of snakes! But they could bring both units in the room which meant they went in twice... but refused to install!
