Do not ever buy a Christmas tree from this store. It died three days after I got it. I called and was told 'oh well, you can't always expect them to be fresh; we are not a tree farm. I wish I could post pictures of all the needled and snapped branches in my floor. Worst tree ever.
This is the 3rd time this year i bought something from here and all the components arent in the box. I bought a kohler toilet and bolts and nuts are missing, Now i have to drive 10 mi to go get them. Not happy.
The selection and the kind employees made my trip a pleasure. I love that they now sell Sherman Williams paint. It's the best.
I have purchased appliances from two different locations and have had problems with the order and delivery every time.
The experience I have had with m flooring is not good...I had to constantly be on the phone, flooring was bad, had to get replaced, haggled about new flooring and price, now floor creeks, complained to customer service over a week ago, still haven't heard from anyone. One thing I can say is that they are very friendly when you want to purchase something but after that it's all down hill!!
