I was in your store last week. Two employees would not get the item I needed. So, today, even though it cost slightly more, I got it at Home Depot. Shame on you Lowes.
Horrible response to injuries at Lowes. No one moved to help the woman that hit in the head with wood. A customer was comforting the injured woman while the employee kept trying reach someone via phone but NOTHING was done to check out or care for the customer. Manager sauntered to the back of the store to address the situation. When I left the store 40 minutes later the site still looked same as it did when the injury took place. Shame on the management
They sold us a clearly used ac unit as new . Box was sealed but all bags were open and bottom damaged
Bought a refrigerator and not even 4 months if owning it, it dies. Call up Lowes and I am told they can't help and we just have to wait until their service department can get to us. This is why I stopped shopping there. Worst customer service and they really just don't care. I can get the same products with nicer help at the Home Depot that's just a few minutes away, not to mention people who actually know answers to questions, not the I just sell a product. Customer service at this location is awful! There are no managers to be found. Today's visit and purchase will be my last. I think they forget that there are 2 Home Depot locations 5 minutes away from this location.
I had an online order that there were some difficulties finding. Michelle, Brittany and Wendy were absolutely amazing letting me know what was going on, and taking care of the whole situation amazingly! Thank you all!
Absolutely awful!! Long story...short version. After a house fire in April 2017, August 2017 we ordered 5 standard size windows. After 2 wrong orders, 1 broken window and damaged walls... February 2018 the correct windows have been installed and job "completed". Here it is April 2018 and we we're told $500 is the best compensation available. We must repaint walls, all trim, fix a water leak from the wrong windows being temporarily placed where they others were removed. Lowe's does not stand behind their product or installers... read more
One serviceman knew what he was doing. The other not so much. Refrigerator delivery and he couldn't get the grate on at the bottom (and had plumbers crack). I did it correctly after they left. Then about 5 minutes after they left, We realized that the door was making a clunking noise, there is almost a defect in the door hinge, so we called right away to get them back to take a look.
