I loaded my vehicle myself as 2 employees stood talking . I had lattice bricks pavers landscape timbers and not one person offered to help load!
Lowe’s Union Deposit Road Harrisburg please train or retrain your employees in customer service. When I’m going to your store to spend money and have a question regarding a product I shouldn’t be laughed at for asking the question. There are many competitors in this area, myself and many other customers do not NEED to shop at your store.
As a General contractor who shops here almost daily, the union deposit location is severely disappointing. It took me 20 minutes and 3 associates telling its not their department to get 2 pieces of plastic ridge vent. Finally after finding the front end manager, I was able to find an employee who was willing to move the ladder 20ft and get the material for me. I’ll stick to my normal Mechanicsburg location.
Placed order at 1:22 pm today went to pick up at 4:30 and didn't leave the store until 1 hour and 15 minutes later. Your customer service sucks but the good thing is I learned two new words today while at Lowes. They were Home Depot.

Decided to update my kitchen. Was looking at tiles for the backsplash and Patricia was soooooo helpful. She walked me through all the steps on how to put up a backsplash. She helped me find all the tools and necessary supplies. Most times when I go to Lowe’s the employees are not helpful and only tell you what row to look and off they go. Patrica was absolutely amazing. Would of never figured it out without her. Thank you Patrica. You are the best!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
😢😡😢Last August I had Yvonne to Return some Stuff I bought from Lowe’s here in Harrisburg Pennsylvania off Union deposit Road .Well I wanted to use the $20.00 store Credit gift card today and I could not because Yvonne used her drivers license to return even though I had the receipt and the in store credit card matching what the receipt said.The sales clerk said I cannot use this card without Yvonne coming along and having her license. All for a lousy $20 of Lowe’s store credit😱💵💰🥺 my Sunday afternoon adventure 🤪🥳🤪
Don’t use this store for fencing install!!! Loved our contractor that did the installation but communication with Lowe’s before and after install was horrible! Still is! They came to get our leftover materials after weeks of calls and have yet to receive a refund or phone call. They left our materials outside so of course bags of concrete were ruined in the month long wait. Very disappointed.
