It Took a call to corporate for someone to call me after waiting 7 days to be told someone would call me to take measurements for my door and no one called so after calling the store 3 times and being told someone would call me...and i never got a call...a call to corporate yesterday got me a call this morning ..next time i go to Home Depot And i better get the installation fee waived or half off...could have had my door on
Great! One word. I rarely don't find what I need! Prices are competitive. The store is very accessible. The employees make the experience - helpful, knowledgeable and they are always smiling!
I love my Lowes store and I have to say I have never had a bad experience with them. The prices are fair and I can't say enough about their delivery guys. They came today on a Sunday morning to deliver my stove. They were polite and respectful of my property and It only took them 15 Min to take out the old stove and replace the new one. KUDOS to you Lowes Delivery guys.
The local Lowe's does not honor there return policy. It is not hassle free!! Very disappointment for a regular customer. Not anymore!!!
Customer service is horrible!!! I've been in the store at least 3 times in the last week looking for different items. No one knew where the items were ( not even customer service). Finally found it and all the registers had the lights off, so I went to self checkout. The employee at the self checkout said she couldn't scan my very large item, and sent me to look for a register. The employee at the register was too engrossed in his personal conversation to acknowledge me, and didn't want to turn his light on to help me. Overa... read more
