Harrisburg Lowes is a mess! I am currently dealing with the most ridiculous issue while trying to get a washer and dryer we ordered two weeks ago. When I called for a delivery date or tracking information I was told that they have to send the order to Maytag to get the washer and dryer and then Lowes would deliver it however there is no way to track it! $1300 and there's no way to know when I'll have the product?! Just by reading other reviews I see I'm not alone!
Staff is GREAT. The Fire Company made arrangements with Home Depot to have a Fire Pit donated for our Annual Fire Prevention Open House as a door prize. When we made arrangements to pick it up, Home Depot told us they had none in stock. We went to their on-line page and it showed there was 23 available to pick up at the store. We went to Lowe's to purchase one since we needed it for a door prize and when we asked if there was any type of discount available after telling them what happened the mgmt staff donated it to us... They've been pretty decent up until today. Scheduled dryer install between 0900-1200. Take leave from work at 1130 to go home, hoping I'd hear from then by noon. Nothing. Called and they said someone from the store would be in contact with me.....still waiting for that call. Spent over 1200$ and they can't even keep an appointment time, let alone have the courtesy to call and reschedule. Lowes, ill be waiting and shopping at Home Depot in the future.
Horrible service wrong door order second door was installed wrong and damaged by installation crew keep getting the run around spent 6400 on two doors should have went somewhere else by all my stuff from lowes going to start going other places
I am part of a nonprofit that had come in today and bought concrete. They figured out how much was needed and told her to go out and they will bring the concrete out. She waited outside for 30 minutes and when no one came she went back in. They completely forgot about her! We had people at the shelter waiting for the concrete to help us with the project. Till she got the employees to finally get the concrete in the truck and got where it needed it to go half of them had to leave. This is completely uncalled for! Very disappo... read more
