The worst experience ever! Ordered laminate flooring and carpet in March still do not have either! Today they were to come and install the laminate appointment was from 1-4, they showed up at 8am I was at work since I had a “SCHEDULED” time! Possible worst customer service ever!

Placed an order for window treatments Oct. 2019. Still have a problem with getting the order completed and no one returns my calls. This is totally unacceptable customer care!
I placed an order online 2 1/2 hours ago for pickup. After I completed the order and paid for it then a message popped up saying process times were longer than usual and I would get an email when it was ready. I tried calling the store to see if it was at least going to be ready today since the store closed in half an hour and nobody answered the phone any of the times I called. If I would have known it was going to take so long I would have ordered my products from somewhere else because I needed them tonight.
RecommendedThis sign had everyone in line talking. So cute. And promoted great interaction while socially distancing. Great experience at your store. Plus I found a beautiful Clematis.
I've been in line 45 minutes to find out if a grill was built. I was told it would be ready Wednesday. Wednesday came and went. yesterday they promised it would be ready at 4 Saturday. still no grill. they told me a receipt was on it. I already paid for it now they're saying next Wednesday. I feel they lied to me and it's still not ready. thinking of asking for a refund. Waiting 45 minutes to see if a grill is built is insane. Plus, the lies.

Their customer service is top notch .. we have been working on so many projects on our home and practically living at the Lowe’s in Carlisle , mechanicsburg , and Harrisburg . The store manager and ASM Frank have helped us twice at the Harrisburg store . They have saved me from a lot of tears and frustration that I already have from these endless projects from siding , roofing, windows, and bathroom remodel due to mold. I love the variety of materials and supplies. The friendly service is awesome. The quality of the products is better than practically anywhere. The fact they respect the military is by far and beyond the best asset this company puts forth!!! I would go here, before anywhere for whatever Building materials I need!!!
