Very bad customer service. I've had two bad experiences. Once, a cashier snatched my bank card out of my hand (she never asked to see it) and gave me a nasty attitude. Second was today when I was asked why did I pick something that didn't have a barcode on it for her to scan because now she has to stop and look for it.
I would just like to say Lowe's Edwardsville gives the best customer service! I had to buy multiple large items today and Bob Wescott and another man who's name I did not get were so very helpful to me and patient. Thank you!! Lowe's Edwardsville will be my go to store always
Very disappointed that the store manager would not honor the American flag emblem on my husband's license that is specifically put there by the state licensing agency to prove veteran status. Respectfully the Wilkes Barre Lowe's did. I encourage everyone to shop at the Wilkes Barre Lowe's.
See my post on Facebook for full story. Man gave us 1gal when we asked for four and then tapped another to mix additional 3 we requested. This one had cell glued to his ear and made us wait half an hour, while he finished his conversation. .long after the paint was finished in the mixer. He never made eye contact, did not respond to my pleasant thank you and simply walked away after he put the paint in our cart. Contracted to install windows took over 6 weeks! Windows came in broke no one reordered so I had to wait longer. My daughter in law ordered doors to be installed that was over a month a go doors came in 2 weeks ago still not installed called today they refuse to install Assistant Manager is very rude. Everyone there lies to your face. I don't usually post things but this is bad service. Unfortunately I won't be back. Buyer beware!!!
I keep getting different answers to my problem. Seems that everyone there is quick to pass the blame on to others so I go round and round in a circle. When I do get answers it contradicts what they have said earlier. Getting the stories straight would be a good idea. Atleast if your going to make up the policies as you g then get all your associates on the same page. Home Depot here I come.
I always find what I need and the associate staff are very helpful every time.
