Bought garage door opener and paid for installation 11 days ago. They have no installers ANYWHERE at ANY OF THEIR STORES. So we paid in full for opener and installation and it sits in our garage with no one calling us to resolve the issue. Terrible customer service. They keep saying someone will call us and 11 days no call. Terrible customer service. Time to shop at Home Depot.
tried to buy a lawn mower.. called the store from outside after getting no help inside, then I get hung up on and a rude woman said she couldn't help I hung up... excuse me? which I didn't do.. needless to say I'll stick to home Depot or any other Lowe's
I dont know why I keep stopping instead of driving the 3 miles to another store. Lowe's is horrible
Ordered an exterior door April 18th and it came in damaged! Still waiting for a new door to arrive at the store. Contacted the manufacturer who keeps giving me new dates as to when it will be shipped!! If I new that it would take this long for a door I would have never ordered it!! They said they will credit my account but never did as of yet!!! I will never order anything from Lowe's again ! Very disappointed and angry!
Love the store but some of the employees are useless. I bought an item for 28.48 and had a 10 coupon, the girl had to use her cell phone to subtract 10 from 28.48. I thought they were given math tests upon employment. Guess not. Totally unbelievable.
