DO NOT ORDER ONLINE PICKUP FROM THIS STORE!!! WHAT A JOKE! Along with bad customer service. To start, a girl came over to the desk, looked right at me and walked by to play with some papers.. leaving the other girl to deal with 3 customers waiting for online pickups. Then, they go all the way to the back of the store to “find” your order.. I waited a few, grabbed my items, checked out and left before the girl even came back!! We have been dealing with floor install since before thanksgiving. The floor we have throughout our living room and kitchen was discontinued. We wanted to carry this floor into the bedrooms. Well lucky us they had enough in their warehouse. So we talked it over and they weren’t able to install the way we wanted, no bid deal. Besides the fact it took us about 3 months to get to that point. there manager has to be the rudest person going. There corporate phone number is a joke. Will not shop there anymore
Don't go to Lowes they will not stand behind what they sell you or honor defective products even with receipt and they tell you call the company. The manager is useless does nothing they would rather lose customers that spend thousands. Go to Home Depot they take it back with out questions and are nice. I will never buy from Lowes ever again and they recently did the same thing to my neighbor. Beware if your doing any Home improvements if the product is defective they will not stand behind it! They sent someone to install 2 toilets who told us after he did a terrible job installing 1 that he wasn't a plumber and couldn't do the second one because the floor was too uneven. I had to do a temporary shim job on the one he did do with paint stirring sticks because it was wobbly and can't be tightened more than it is so I'm going to have to pull it out and make sure it's sealed right. The uneven floor where the other one is going is actually an easy fix and I'm not a plumber either but at least I have some common sense.... read more
