Tried buying a porch swing on display and the manager refuses to sell. Gave a good reason but every store within 100 miles is sold out. Never heard of a store not willing to sell a product to a paying customer. Other stores stated they don't one on display..sad
We had lowes install new seamless gutters, what a mistake , job was done half assed ,damaged the home , been since April 17 still cannot get anyone out to fix gutters or the home .next step is contacting a lawyer
Horrible experience yesterday at this location. I went to purchase two patio chairs that were in stock at this location. I tried to find an employee to help me and I was told, "I don't work in patio furniture" and "I sometimes work there, but not today." I could not find one person to help me. Your employees were very rude. Not one offered to find someone to help. Other people were complaining about the lack of help also. I will never visit this location again. Terrible store.

I have always loved Lowes but my husband and I ordered a gas dryer two weeks ago because our dryer stopped working. Original delivery date was set but no delivery came. My husband called only to find out it was on back order. We did not receive any notice. The delivery was scheduled again only to be cancelled because the driver did not show up. Online orders are never ready when they should be. Never have everything ordered. I'm a Lowe's for pros member, but I'm finished, no matter what store you order from it's the same thing, spoke to Brian Aguirre (sales rep) about this numerous times and nothing is ever rectified. YOU HAVE LOST A COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER, RATHER DRIVE 30 MILES OUT OF MY WAY THEN DEAL WITH THIS BULLSHIT!
My fiance was trying to return something with a 5 year warranty and I had to go to work so I took the keys into my fiance and the assistant manager asked if his sister was available and he said thats my fiance and the assistant manager said what are you from noxen. This is an issue and if I heard this I would have punched you in the face. Lowe's you officially suck. Home depot here I come!
