I am never shopping this store again. They have the worst customer service towards women. I needed 16 boxes of ceramic tile so I rang the buzzer for assistance. Nobody came....nobody came...so I start loading....a guy comes walking by...looked at me and obviously knew what i wanted and kept on walking. Last night our hot water heater went along with some plumping in our bathroom. Bob in plumbing was amazing. After explaining things to Bob he helped us with the shut offs and valves we needed. Then gave us a number to check the warranty on our hot water heater. Seems our warranty is still available and they are replacing our hot water heater. Thank you Bob from plumping.
