It was okay. I was trying to pick up an internet order and the associate wasn't happy at all. The woman who checked us out at the register was very nice and apologetic. Whenever we visit this location, there never seems to be anyone around to help. We did witness one other customer who walked out angry. We feel in a bind, though, because this is the closest location.
The employees were very helpful. When you could find one. Needed to get a key made. There was no one there to do it. But there was a do--it-yourself setup, with very poor instructions. Had to find a clerk to help me do it myself. Lol
Very well lit up inside. Has everything one needs. Except filthy mens bathroom everytime I go there.
They don't have enough help! I wandered around in appliances for a half hour until I found someone to help me. Even then, he was the only associate in the department. I was shopping for a refrigerator, which is a big ticket item. I wonder how many sales they lose from people who don't want to wait 45 minutes for the only associate to help them
The service is terrible. Went there to get wood cut today and was told they couldn’t do it because it was too much work. Disappointing because I have gone there previously and had the exact same order completed without problems. I was told the rules changed and they no longer do the cuts. Funny that the corporate office said the cuts should be done. They just lost a customer!
