Management and the contractor desk is the worst! Not very honest, not very helpful, no ethics! I hope they change the management of this store again!
Visited today and was helped by an employee named Doug. He was fantastic!! Knew where everything was and was able to direct us to the specific aisles and even where in the aisles the needed items were located. Great customer service!!
The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Received an email that the item I wanted that was on back order is now available only to get to the store and find out it won’t be in for a year. I wanted to order it but I had to pay for it now and wait til next January to receive it. Lip service received from store manager and 1-800 customer service. This was a $1000 purchase. Your loss!
My experience this am at the checkout was I brought 2 different clearance items as well as a photo The cashier Dorothy would not correct the price and then when we ask for her manager Latena she said she will ask the department since there was so many of the item in the spot.
