Today I went to get some plane white paint in semi-gloss finish, because I had to finish painting the porch doors. Not only they didn't have any semi-gloss white paint but most of the shelves were empty, and one of the associates told me that they don't have any. That raises your eyebrows, doesn't it? How can you not have a paint? This is a home improvement store, which specializes in selling so many things including paint. Maybe you need to improve things of your own, instead of leaving customers unsatisfied and frustrated.
Wife needed to load something,, 5 employees standin there not helping,, a husband wife couple helped her load a hotwater heater,,Victoria lowe's needs to get on tha ball because I spreading this all over tha web. Fire tha lazy and hire good workers
Lowes Victoria is the worst store in the state. no customer service, no management, no procedure. lame, last, ill-trained people with no focus or care. could not find my cabinet, people stood around an hour, aimlessly paging people that did not show up. I will no spend another dime in this store. its obvious the staff is not trained or just does not care. a manager could not be found on Friday afternoon, no one even knew who was there. people would merely walk off, never to be seen again. avoid this store, go somewhere else.... read more
I think Candice at this location is the bomb!!! She went above and beyond to rectify a problem with an order we had made. YOU GO CANDICE!!!
