I went in for some plywood no price shown, went to look for some 2×4 no price shown couldn't find an employee to give prices, so I start yelling out for an employee since I'm in a wheel chair. Any way my brother and my niece get what I need but I had to sit there and play the guessing game.
I wanted to pass on the great experience I had at Lowe’s in Victoria, Texas. My salesman, Tony, was great to work with. Eddie in delivery called the day before my delivery and told me what to expect. Zane called the morning of delivery and about 20 minutes before my delivery to keep me up to date. Zane & Kyle delivered my refrigerator and grill, and made sure I understood the features of my new items before they left. Everything went smoothly, much appreciated!
We had three rooms of carpet out in to match carpet we bought last year. Last year install was perfection. This year that sent Flores out. It was a two day install that he decided to do in one day. Carpets left unvaccuumed, seams very obvious and laptop missing from closet. Lowes has no responsibility for the laptop. Very frustrated. Hopefully corporate will think they do have some respinsibility.
They will not match there 8wn online prices. a asked to speak to The Store Manager after being told "If I didn't like it go somewhere else" Then waited 30 mins and still no manager.
