I went to the store three times this weekend. All three times there was only one cash register open and the self checkouts were all closed. The paint counter had a very nice and helpful lady working Sunday morning but Sunday evening it took over 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I needed paint mixed. The store was also very hot all three times.
Lowes should keep in stock every refrigerator it has on their floor. I couldn't get the one I wanted till Monday and we needed one today. ours went out. But NO the one we really wanted they did not have. The one we really wanted we could of gotten in our house a lot easier! We are very very unsatisfied customers! There where other refrigerators there on the floor you have to wait at least 7 days for it and even longer if you wanted it delivered! This store needs to do better by its customers! It is a hit and miss. Sometimes you get great service/workers and sometimes you don't.
Their web page clearly states “ next day local delivery” .... but what they really mean is we will bring your appliance in 3 weeks�� who can wait 3 weeks for any appliance?
This Lowe's blows! They could care less if you're satisfied or not. My uncle and I are contractors and have had nothing but trouble from this store. Went in just the other day to return a cracked shower wall set for the 3rd time...3rd time! All they were will to offer for the inconvenience was $50. Then they had no more in stock there or at their warehouse. Now we have to wait until June to finish a job that should've taken 3 days. I worked with Jean in Home Decor. She helped me with a fairly large order of window treatments for a new home and she was fantastic! Personable, efficient, helpful, and so friendly. I wanted to treat her to lunch but she wouldn't allow it....against company policy. I hope that the installation goes as smoothly. Fingers crossed!
Customer service was aweful. Had to wait an hour to pickup my item. Poor Tony was doing all he could do to keep up. Busiest day of the week. They need more help.
Went to This store looking for skylights what a wast of my time. Couldn’t get anyone to help me even asked one employee about them and he gave me a not interested look and said I’ll call someone needless to say no one ever showed up. That’s ok I’ll take my business down the road.
