Went to pick out our carpet for house. Already knew pretty much what I wanted after looking online. The store could use a bit more help though in the flooring department.
I bought a range online they said next day delivery my ASS. 2to 3 weeks after Hurricane Harvey wiped us out in Refigio just got electric and still can not cook i will never buy at this location again and not recommend it to anyone
Does anyone actually work at Lowe's. You can never, ever find help, and then when you finally call the manager, they take their time, and then they call someone who has an attitude. The store has really cool products at great prices, but I am so ready to try a smaller local store... at least someone works there.
We tried shopping in town.(El Campo).. went to three stores. Didn't have item or couldn't find the answers we needed. So me and hubby, John Pospisil Sr. headed down to Victoria. First store, tried to help, but no luck. We ended up at Lowe's and we had a young lady by the name of Crystal helping us out..bless her heart. My husband and I stopped in this morning to purchase a chainsaw for Hurricane Harvey cleanup. I sat in the car with our dog, who is still a mess from riding out the storm, while my husband went in. A few minutes later, he came back out and told me I could bring the dog in per the worker unloading a pallet of chainsaws. In he went on his leash so I could help my husband pick one out and pay. I didn't get her name, but thank you so much! It's the little things right now😀
They were one of the first to open after Harvey and did an amazing job supplying generators.
Horrible customer service. My husband & I loaded cabinets onto the trailer as the male & female cashiers stood at the window talking & watching. They said they would help but the male cashier came outside & said to let him know when we were done so he could give us rope to hold items down. As a woman, with 3 clsmall children in tow, I expected to pay for my items & have someone help my husband load heavy cabinets onto my trailer. What would he had done if I wasn't with him??
