Recommendedthe employees were friendly. but I wasn't to happy when I got home to find out I received a previously used machine and not notified.
Lowes very busy today especially in garden section. Staff very helpful. My kitchen faucet leaking. Not bad just annoying. Found a new one may install tomorrow or Monday.
Great place to shop at , very friendly staff . If you need help with anything they have the patience to assist you . They are also very organized .
When your order stuff from this store they have no clue when it will be in and then really don’t care half the time you get hung up on trying to talk to someone ... about to cancel my Lowe’s credit card and just go somewhere else for all of my home improvement items !!!!! Horrible customer service .......they can’t even figure out if your item is on one of there trucks coming in all they know how to do is charge your card and take your money ....

Lowe’s has the worst customer service i have ever experienced ! I purchased floors from them and also paid to have them installed. Well the floors were not installed properly and they totally ruined my floors! Someone came back to my home and removed the floors only to expose a mess! There was mildew and soft under floors! Lowe’s sent this clAim to their insurance department over 2 months ago and nobody will call me back! My granddaughter who has asthma is constantly getting sick! This company is horrible!!
My husband and I absolutely love Lowe’s and the products they carry but the Victoria Lowe’s has terrible customer service. We’ve had quite a few bad experiences with bad customer service but this morning’s experience was just terrible. As a customer I shouldn’t feel like I’m a burden if I have a question.
