The older gentlemen in wiring was so helpful, I want to thank him for doing above his job. Now as for the store, it was so freaking hot in there thought I was boiling to death. The guy checking us out was complaining to another coworker we had to much stuff and he needed help to scan our stuff. We spent 800.00 you think he might have been a little nicer. And my husband helped him get everything scanned.
Customer Service was terrible. Asked for help getting faucet and toilet because I couldn't reach the faucet & I dang sure couldn't carry the toilet. They got my faucet and started to walk off when I reminded them of the toilet & they looked at me like I was crazy and walked off. Finally got someone to get me a flat cart and got the toilet on it and got my lumber and stuff. I headed to check out and asked for someone to help me load in the truck. Go in almost everyday......no problems !!! If your un a hurry order on line or you can also down load an ap and look up prices and availability.
Was assisted by George and he was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and recommended what I needed and why. George sets the example of how true customer service should be. I was so pleased I also wrote a review on a Facebook post complimenting George. Apparently he is well thought of because others agreed with my post.
The sales manager last night (12/03/16) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the lights we were trying to locate.
