We had exceptional service from Jeremy in the lawn mower department today. He was super helpful, kind and listened to what we wanted/needed! Definitely pleased with the outcome of our visit!

Horrible horrible customer service! Went and bought lumber started by asking two different employees about the specific lumber I wanted, neither helped at all. Ended up settling on a different type and had to pull it of the "shelf" from way above my head. AGAIN with no help from ANY employees! I bet y'all would have been real upset if it had fell on my head. But thankfully I only have splinters in both my hands. Bought fire place Sunday had to tell them 3 times I wonted it delivered and was going to get it the next day but they put it as pick up so I went back and got that fix Monday afternoon but they put the address on my ID which is 3 hours away so i went back today now I'll get it tomorrow sometime (No next day delivery) I can't stand people that don't put 100% into thier work all they want is a pay check on Friday that they don't deserve.
