We came in today to get paint and tile for our house. The people were awesome in the tile department! However, the paint department was sad. The girl behind the counter spend over 25 mins helping one customer. We were never once acknowledged. Never once told “I’ll be with you guys in a few minutes.” Nothing. So rude. The self checkout lady was also super rude.
train your people better.
Get qualified people to work departments they are familiar with
Worst Customer Service after initial purchase of blinds; its been since May, 2019 and they had to order a replacement of blinds that were broke and still have not gotten them installed. For a few thousand dollars it should not take over 6 months to get this solved. Asked them to keep me informed with no results.
Short handed and took forever to get help and checkout.

Customer service is horrible
Worst customer service experience- took a month to receive our appliance. It was reordered 3 times and we continuously got the runaround. Home Depot will be our go to store for future purchases!
