Awful customer service! Needed glass cut for a window at a rental property. Give the lady measurements and she immediately says "no, don't have that size" then she looks and finds it. then after giving her the measurements 3 times, she still cuts it wrong! She didn't know the difference between 1/8 and 1/4 on a tape measure. Then while she is cutting the glass she takes a personal call on her cell phone!! The level of disdain and disrespect for customers at this store is through the roof!! Obviously management doesn't care.
I buy from this store almost Dailey for work, everyone their is very helpful and does all they can to help me
I asked for help to meet me on the back wall to lift 40 lb bags of water softener rust remover. I needed 4 bags. I couldn't lift bc of an injury to my elbow and lab work. No one ever came, so I did it myself.
Apparently Lowes doesn't mind price gouging, or their 12 foot 1X4s are made out of gold. They tried to charge me $10.12 a board!!!! As if we don't have to deal with enough trying to rebuild our home, now we need to beware of big businesses trying to take advantage of us also!!!! Unreal!!!!!
