The rudest employee in the store watched me and my sister purchase our items and while doing that wanted to educate my autistic child that the buggy he was sitting in was for "special needs children which did not include him"! Yes my child might be verbal but he's very much AUTISTIC! Absolutely terrible customer service. My husband had to beg someone to help him load a generator. Then at checkout the employee would not honor his military discount on a purchase over 1000$!!! Upon loading into the truck the employees WATCH him struggle. An elderly gentleman whom is not a Lowe’s employee helped him. I will be contacting corporate.
Husqvarna- as of 8/12 still have yet to speak to someone. Still trying to call daily. Lowe's Home Improvement keeps putting me off even though it’s THEIR team putting these mowers together. Ordered a dishwasher on 6/16 to be delivered on today, between 9am and 9pm. They did not attempt to run my card until 6/25, which by that time was locked for online purchases, so it initially did not go through, I called immediately after receiving the email and cleared up the matter with the 800 number provided in the email, even waited on the phone to see the charge hit my bank account. Worst pick up service ever! I waited 30 minutes for my order to be brought out to my car. I called to ask how much longer it would take. Employee on phone said she will bring it out in a minute. No apology that I had been waiting for so long. I eventually have to go inside to get my "pick up order" 5 to 6 people standing around in customer service, one on her cell phone. Lowe's is the nastiess , price gauging place to go. No running water in bathroom to wash hands.Trash in the carts and paper towels all over the enterance . 34.95 for a guart of paint. I went to Delaune's got a whole gallon for almost 15.00 dollars cheaper. All the money they made off the Louisiana people after the flood and this is the thanks we get. The workers are so rude and need attitude adjustments, Well I will continue to support our small business from now on. Feel free to share., let them know how we feel.
Normally I like this Lowe’s. But yesterday we went in and it was a mad house. They are doing a horrendous job enforcing social distancing! Cones for the line are placed maybe 4feet apart and no one even obeys them. There are not enough employees so lines are dense and I literally had people touching me! Y’all need to count the number of people coming in/out! I’m sure I’m infected now. This was terrifying. All they care about is profit.
WHY !!!!! .... I spend about 1200 a month at your store in Gonzales Louisiana. This is a constant... I have presets on my mitersaw station to make furniture at specified lengths. How do I make a five ft table with a board that can't be cut in half without being an inch short. ... While I'm here. The Gonzales store quit selling water based outdoor sealers. I use only water base because customers complained about the smells of oil based. I feel like this store is more for the DIY person than for the people that have a business... read more
Total incompetence. If you enjoy not being listened to, hung up on, placed on hold for hours, then this is the store for you!
