Very long line at paint department. Sighhh Lack of training perhaps? Not this way in other stores though?? What is it about this store? Understaffed??
I would give ZERO stars if I had the option. Terrible service to get our dented, brand new, refrigerator door fixed. I can’t even begin to explain the fiasco that took a month to get resolved. I will be avoiding this store at all cost.
Went there to buy herbs for my garden. Everything but the rosemary was reasonable priced. Everyone was nice and sweet even though my 2 year old wasn’t so sweet lol.
Worse service ever! Stood forever in appliances with not so much as a hello or anything, finally got the nicest guy, mr. Tim to help me out, just be ingnored at customwr service, after 10 minutes of cashier helping other people that came in after us we walked out and took our business elsewhere. Only good thing about this store is mr. Tim's friendly face!
Helpful staff. Nice selection. A little pricey, but worth it for quality products.
No help what so ever. Rude. Horrible customer service. Wont be returning back.
Always preferred Lowe's over Home Depot and now I work there!
