NEVER buy anything from this place that needs to be installed!!!! Specifically CABINETS!!!!! Worst customer service and 6 months later they still have not completed the job correctly. Cabinets look HORRIBLE!!!!

Customer support is horrendous... 55 mins from the time I spoke to a service associate at the desk until my $2500 refrigerator was brought upfront. 7 employees at the service desk with their hands on their hips complaining about customers and the president. If management was worth a flip they would clean house. Sorriest bunch of folks I've ever witnessed other than Walmart.

Avoid using their installs. After spending $7000+ for ceramic tile flooring to be installed, less than 1 1/2 years later, almost 20 tiles have come loose due to the poor initial install. To make it worse, I'm told it's not their problem as a tile install is only guaranteed for a year.

This store is horrible! This is the 2nd time I have ordered something online from them, only because Home Depot was sold out. First on both orders they gave me a next day pickup time, only to have that time turn in to weeks! I called to talk to a manager the first order and after 5 calls in a row I spent a total of 55 minutes waiting for a manager. Had to cancel the first order because it was going to take 3 weeks! Okay 3 is being kind,if you call for delivery information they NEVER ANSWER! operator over heads pages them the phone picks up then immediately hangs up!! They can't seem to find information on your delivery even when you have all the info they ask for!!!!!!This is the second attempt to deliver 1st time both appliances were damaged! I can always find what I want and if not, there is always someone willing to help. They never make you feel like they are doing you an enormous favor by helping you out. As a customer, this is very important.

We get our Christmas tree here every year and they always have the best selection at the best price! My tree always lasts the entire month of December. And the service is always fantastic! The guys helping with the trees are friendly, intelligent, helpful,and courteous. The cashiers are just the same. Never, in 6 years, have I had a problem.

Terrible customer service I spent well over $1000 in a washer and dryer and was guaranteed that I would receive my items on yesterday well not only did I receive my items no one seemed to know where my items are. My manager was like its no big deal it happens all the time nothing is guaranteed. They said it could be another two weeks before my items are in. No thanks I demanded a refund.

Terrible service delivering a load of wall board, was supposed to be unloaded at 7 am they didnt touch me till after 10, and jumped local trucks in front of me, never seen a Lowes store this miss managed, plus the forklift driver was on cell the whole time also, i know Lowes has a policy about that..
