Our hot water heater broke early Saturday morning, we have a 9 month old baby and a 2 year old. My husband called Lowes and ordered a new one with emergency installation for Monday (not exactly fast) it cost almost $800.00. Anyway it's almost 11 Am And no one has called or showed up, now they are saying it may be Wednesday before it happens. We have received phone calls from 3 different companies claiming to be associated with Lowes, none of whom will give us a time frame for when we will have hot water again.
Just have to say thanks to Eric who helped 2 girls finish a bathroom sink project that 3 plumbers couldn't - all while making us laugh! We will definitely be returning thanks to his help!!
I wish I could give them 0 stars. Ordered a stove, took 3 weeks to get it. It was damaged when it arrived. Ordered a replacement. It was damaged also. Asked for a refund. Three days, no refund. Call and speak to a manager. Manager tells me the ordered a replacement. I tell them do NOT deliver another broken stove to my house. I want my money. So they tell me to drive 30+ minutes to get my refund. I paid with a debit card. Why can't they refund my account? They don't know, they will call me back. So here I am, waiting for a c... read more
